ClinicNavIQ Waitlist: Terms & Conditions

Welcome to ClinicNavIQ. Before you subscribe to our waitlist, please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully. By providing your email address and checking the box to agree to these Terms, you are entering into a binding agreement with ClinicNavIQ ("we," "us," "our").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By subscribing to our waitlist, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not subscribe to the waitlist.
2. Purpose of the Waitlist & Communications (Consent under CASL)
You acknowledge and agree that the primary purpose of this waitlist is to allow us to collect your email address to:
Notify you when the ClinicNavIQ platform officially launches in your area.
Send you periodic updates about our progress, new features, and company news.
Provide you with information about our services and special offers, including our "Alberta Founders Program" for clinics.
By subscribing, you are providing your express consent to receive these commercial electronic messages (CEMs) from us.
3. Right to Unsubscribe
Your consent is not permanent. You may withdraw your consent and unsubscribe from our email list at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link that will be included at the bottom of every email we send you.
4. No Guarantee of Service
Subscribing to the waitlist does not create any obligation for us to provide you with a service. It does not guarantee you early access, a user account, or that the platform will launch on a specific date. The features, design, and functionality of the final ClinicNavIQ platform are subject to change without notice.
5. No Medical Advice
You acknowledge that ClinicNavIQ is a technology platform designed for healthcare navigation. We are not a medical provider, and nothing in our pre-launch communications (including emails, social media, or our website) should be interpreted as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for any medical concerns.
6. Privacy
The collection and use of your personal information (your email address) are governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your data and will not sell your email address to third parties. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClinicNavIQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your subscription to the waitlist or any communications you receive from us.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
